# Getting Started with FiveRowBox

The three essential steps to start using FiveRowBox: adding cards, connecting eBay, and publishing your first listing.

## Step 1: Add Cards

Photograph cards: Click `Add cards`, then `Photograph cards`. Drop or select card photos in pairs (front image, then back image). The app pairs files automatically in sequence and creates inventory records. You can optionally designate a physical storage location (e.g., Box 1, Row 2) before importing.

Type in one card (Single Entry): Open `Type in one card` to enter details manually (sport/category, player, year, set, card number, condition, asking price, and quantity) and attach photos directly.

Once added, cards appear immediately in your `Collection` gallery.

## Step 2: Connect eBay

Connect your account: Click `Connect eBay` when prompted, follow Step 2 in `Getting started`, or navigate to `Settings` › `eBay account`. Sign in to authorize FiveRowBox to connect to your eBay seller account.

Permissions: FiveRowBox requests permission only to read and manage your inventory, listings, fulfillment orders, and shipping policies. It cannot access your banking details or personal eBay account settings.

## Step 3: Publish Your First Listing

1. Open any card from your `Collection` to open the card details drawer.

2. Ensure your card has a title, condition, and asking price.

3. Click `List on eBay` at the bottom of the drawer.

4. Select your eBay category, condition, and duration (`Good 'Til Cancelled`) in the publish dialog that opens. Shipping and return policies are applied automatically from your defaults configured in `Settings`.

5. Click `Publish live listing`. FiveRowBox uploads images, creates the listing on eBay, and links the active listing directly to your local card.
