# Glossary

Plain-language definitions for terms and concepts used across the FiveRowBox interface.

## Terminology

AI credits: Balance used for AI scanning and pricing. One credit scans one card or prices one card; scanning and pricing the same card uses 2. Plan allowances are 50 on Free and 1,000 on Pro, resetting on the 1st of each month (UTC).

AI scan: Identifies a card from photos. One credit scans one card. "Fill from photo" counts as scanning that card. Failed scans cost nothing. There is a daily scanning limit that resets at midnight UTC.

Rescan: Scanning an already-scanned card again. After the first scan, a card can be rescanned up to 5 times at no cost; the limit does not reset; after that, edit the card by hand.

AI price: Estimates market pricing for a card. One credit prices one card. A repricing run uses one credit per card not already priced this month.

Reprice: Pricing an already-priced card again. A card can be repriced up to 5 times a month at no cost; pricing it again in a later month uses a new credit.

Hold: A card flag indicating the card should be excluded from automated algorithmic re-pricing (e.g. PC cards, sentimental items, or cards being held for price spikes).

Flip Pile: Fast-moving cards designated for quick turnaround and competitive pricing rather than long-term storage.

Star Tier: Priority rating tier (`★ Star`, `☆ Semi-star`, or `None`) derived from player stardom and market liquidity, used to drive re-pricing frequency and virtual lot eligibility.

Not yet identified: Cards that have been photographed or imported into your inventory but have not yet been identified with AI or manually cataloged (`Not yet identified`).

In collection: An active eBay listing that is matched to a card record in your FiveRowBox inventory, enabling real-time stock and price synchronization (`In collection`).

Refresh all from eBay (Repair listing links): An integrity reconciliation action under `eBay listings` that fills missing card details and downloads images from live eBay listings to keep local card records and active listings in sync (`Refresh all from eBay`).

Ship tracked: A card shipping designation indicating the card must ship tracked in a bubble mailer or box with rigid top-loader protection, rather than standard plain white envelope (PWE) (marked `Tracked` in the card drawer).

Storage Location: The physical position of a card in your card storage boxes (`Storage Location`), displayed on the fulfillment pick list.

PIP (Parcel Insurance Plan): eBay's shipping protection for sellers. On `Shipments`, the `Insurance claims` tab lists refunded or undelivered orders that are 30 to 90 days old, the window in which you can file a PIP claim.

Checked: On `eBay listings`, the `Checked` column shows when FiveRowBox last compared that row with eBay. Click `Sync listings` to check again.

Live and Listings: `Listings` is the phone name for the `eBay listings` page, which shows every eBay listing FiveRowBox knows about. Its `Live` tab shows only the listings that are active on eBay right now.

Pick list: On `Orders`, the `Pick list` names every card you need to pull for orders awaiting shipment, sorted by storage location. Tick each card as you pull it.

Draft: A card or lot that is saved in FiveRowBox but not listed on eBay. Drafts are not counted as active listings anywhere, including on `Re-Pricing`.

Review: The page for background work. It lists the cards that need you, the batches of cards being identified and priced, and the batches that recently finished; open it from `Review` in the sidebar.

Device Token: A secure access key used by desktop apps or headless CLI tools to authenticate without browser credentials.
