# Orders and Shipments

Order sync, interactive pick lists, storage location sorting, and shipping status.

## What Syncs

Automated Sync: The background engine queries eBay for orders awaiting shipment every 5 minutes.

Synced Information: Buyer username, item details, transaction amounts, shipping service chosen, and order creation dates.

Privacy Protections: Buyer personal identifying details (name, street address, phone number) are retained for 180 days to handle delivery disputes, after which personal buyer info is purged while preserving business sales totals.

## The Pick List

Grouped by Storage Location: Items are sorted by their designated physical storage location (e.g., Box 1, Row 3) so you can walk your storage boxes efficiently.

Interactive Checkbox: Check off cards as you pull them from boxes. The UI tracks picked items and changes status to `Picked` once all items are assembled.

Printable Pick List: Click `Print pick list` to render a clean printable pick list organized by storage location to walk your boxes during fulfillment.

## Marking Sold and Shipped

When an order is paid and packaged, buy and upload shipping labels through eBay or carrier software.

The next sync automatically transitions the order into `Shipments` (a Pro-only feature) and updates the local card status to Sold.

You can also manually toggle `Mark as sold` from any card's More ▾ menu in the collection drawer to take a card off the market when sold offline or in person.
