Fulfillment pick lists ordered by physical box and row storage location

When eBay orders come in, FiveRowBox generates an organized fulfillment pick list sorted by each card's physical storage location — box and row. Instead of searching through boxes or sorting spreadsheets, you walk your storage boxes efficiently in order. Interactive checkboxes track what you've pulled, flipping the order status to Picked when complete, and a printable view lets you pack offline. Included in the Free Plan.

How it works

  1. As orders sync from eBay every 5 minutes, items appear in your Orders fulfillment queue.
  2. Open the pick list view to see all items awaiting shipment, sorted by storage box and row (e.g., Box 1, Row 3).
  3. Walk your storage boxes in order and check off each card as you pull it from its row.
  4. Once all cards in an order are assembled, the status automatically updates to Picked.
  5. Use the "Print pick list" option for a clean, paper checklist if you prefer packing offline.

What’s different

  • Items are automatically sorted by physical storage location so you walk your boxes in order without backtracking.
  • Interactive checkboxes update order status to Picked once all cards are located and assembled.
  • Printable pick list view provides a clean paper checklist for warehouse or packing station fulfillment.
